Ans: Ram Nath Kovind is the president President of India. He has been on the post of President since 2017. The salary of the Indian president is 500000/- per month as the year 2019.




Previously he had served as the Governor of Bihar (Currently, Fagu Chauhan) from 2015 to 2017 and was a Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha from 1994 to 2006. He is the 14th President of India. He is a Politician from Bharatiya Janata Party. He studied at Kanpur University. He holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce and LLB. He was born on 1st October 1945. His wife's name is Savita Kovind.

2. Who was the Previous President of India?

Ans: Pranab Mukherjee was the previous President of India. He held the post of President from 2012 to 2017.

Ans: Rajendra Prasad was the first President of India, in office from 1950 to 1962.
